Pre-Construction Geotechnical Investigation

Large or complex building construction typically requires Engineering Design from a variety of disciplines.  Civil and Structural Engineers often need soil bearing capacity information to complete their portions of the design of a building or development.  A pre-construction, subsurface Geotechnical investigation provides the information necessary for other Engineers to complete their design.

LEA carries out these pre-construction Geotechnical investigations in a cost effective and practical manner.  Appropriate equipment (backhoe, excavator or drill rig) is employed to obtain the data necessary for our evaluation of site specific conditions.

Our hallmark is providing clear and concise reporting that accurately describes site conditions.

If a unusual site conditions are encountered during the course of an investigation, then our goal is to provide real world, practical solutions to address the problem.
