Site Profiles

A BC Ministry of Environment (MOE) Site Profile submission is required in most instances where site conditions and/or activities on the site are cause to suspect potential soil or groundwater contamination. They are submitted to the MOE when potentially contaminated sites are being decommissioned, are in foreclosure proceedings, are subject to local government applications or permits, or are being sold. Activities onsite that are classified by BC Contaminated Sites Regulations as Schedule 2 industrial and commercial purposes also trigger the requirement for a Site Profile.

LEA can provide professional assistance with the Site Profile process, as well as preparation of reports and submissions for Site profile decisions and releases by the MOE.
