Jeff Scott grew up in Mitchell, Ontario and completed his Civil Engineering degree at Carleton University in 2008. Following graduation, he moved to Vancouver and worked with a Ground Improvement Specialist as a Project Engineer. In 2018, he moved to Nanaimo to start working for LEA as a Geotechnical Engineer. In 2021, he became a partner.

Jeff is proficient in geotechnical hazard assessments including slope stability, flood, undermine and seismic hazard assessments, as well as retaining wall design and ground improvement solutions.

Outside of work, Jeff is an avid mountain biker and enjoys travelling with his bike.
