Joe earned his mining engineering degree from Queen’s University in Ontario, worked at a mining software company in Arizona, and helped build a hydroelectric generating station in Manitoba.

Since 2018, he’s been doing the groundwork on construction projects covering the north Vancouver Island area.

Joe likes working with people and computers. He plays hockey and likes to dance and garden with his family.
