Site Remediation and Decommissioning

Soil and possibly groundwater remediation is usually required when an accidental release of a contaminant occurs on a site. Site decommissioning involves treatment or removal of contaminated soil, deconstruction involving equipment and buildings, or removal of fuel or chemical storage tanks, in order to significantly change the use of a site.

LEA has extensive experience in the design and supervision of site remediation and decommissioning plans, and related required reporting.
