Tony grew up on Vancouver Island but moved to Saskatchewan and completed his Honours Degree in Geology at the University of Saskatchewan in 2000. Following graduation, he spent 17 years working on uranium, rare earth element and other mineral exploration projects in northern Saskatchewan, Alberta, Nunavut, NWT and Quebec.

Tony returned to the Island in 2008 and joined LEA in early 2017. He quickly became a core member of the Courtenay Team and has taken on the role of Operations Manager there. He enjoys the challenge of logistical planning and finding practical solutions for unusual and/or remote projects.
